I am new to vivado and I am supposed to do dynamic frequency scaling. I am planning to use clocking Wizard with dynamic reconfiguration. In the pg065 clocking Wizard document they said there is an example which is invoked with Tcl command. open_example_project [get_ips <component_name>] I am not able to understand the above command what should I place in component name. Actually Dynamic reconfiguration uses AXI4-Lite, so by using example it will make my work easier.
