Are you look for such signals?
You can try the software/hardware features in demo mode:

https://forum.digilentinc.com/topic/8908-waveforms-beta-download/Hi @attila,
That's right! The output from CH1 and CH2 as AM modulated signals are fine.
The question is about the Carrier. In my case, the carrier signal is generated by an external component PGA411-Q1 (as shown in my first post).
Can I connect this as the carrier input to AD2 and accordingly generate the AM modulated signals?
The scenario I'm trying to explain can be seen here:

I’m planning to purchase an arbitrary waveform generator and a colleague of mine recommended Analog Discovery 2.
I need to know if it can support my resolver interface testing requirements, see attachment Fig1_ResolverSystemDiagram.png.
Is it possible to emulate the “Resolver Sensor” signals shown in the picture using Analog Discovery 2.
The EXC (excitation signal, sine wave of 10KHz) should be used as a carrier signal to generate modulated SIN and COS signals as shown in the attachment Fig2_RepresentationOfResolverSignals.png.

Thanks for clarifying.
One more question: Does AD2 support measurement of multiple PWM signals generated by the microcontroller, using the digital IO lines? If yes, what is the max frequency it can sample?
