korn My question was about how to match N channel MOSFETs for an HF power amplifier. I need a pair of matched MOSFETs for amp. The AD2 can measure many things, the question is how can I use the Ad2 to select two matching transistors out of a set.

I just acquired a transistor tester board for my AD2. I am interested in matching IRFZ24Ns for use in an HF amplifier. The amp source is 12 volts and a single bias is adjusted for about a 200 mA draw for the pair. I have run some basic sweeps to familiarize myself. I have 10 transistors on hand. What would be the best measurement to use to match these devices for operation? Thanks Bob, KD8CGH
