Creating own installer for USB-1608 board and missing download for files

Using the document ULRedistribution.pdf as a reference to create an install image the document refers to https://www.mccdaq.com/downloads/InstaCal_zipfile/ as a location to get the needed files.

That web page does not have the zip file for download.

Please provide where I can get the files.

The URL in the pdf refers to a previous location for the InstaCal download. The new location is https://files.digilent.com/#downloads/InstaCal/

An extraction program like 7-Zip can be used to extract the contents. Here's what it is inside:
