Question

I was using 2 USB-TEMP with K-type thermocouples. I have a python program reading the temperatures. They lasted many runs but during one run, not sure what happened, the program failed to retrieve temperature readings. I power cycled the devices, and try to check the calibration page for them using InstaCal. InstaCal recognizes the devices, but every time I try to open calibration, the program freezes and then shuts down. I was able to open the test page, and it failed both analog and digital tests
Is this a fixable issue? Can I fix it myself with instructions? Or they need to be sent back to the manufacturer?

There are two options: Purchase new devices or send the broken units to us for repair.

The turnaround time for the repair process is about four weeks. I can start the process if you provide the serial numbers and your contact information. Use the forum's private message feature to keep your information private.  My customer service department will reach out to you with a price quote and shipping instructions.

If your requirements are immediate, replacements can be purchased from DigiKey.

I've sent you a private message regarding the repair process last week but haven't heard from your customer service department. Please let me know if you need more info from me to start the process
