Upgrading a DASYLab License-Will Worksheets transfer?

I'm looking to upgrade an existing license that is in use. The current one is a DASYLab 11.0 Full version and we are looking to upgrade to the Pro version. I have already purchased a serial number for a pro version and I was provided with one for DASYLab 2022 so my main concern is if upgrading this software makes it incompatible with older worksheets and if the previous version needs to be fully uninstalled to install the more current version.

Although we label it an upgrade, it's a complete installation. The newer version gets installed in a separate folder, and it is possible to have multiple copies.

I suspect you have either Windows XP or 7 running DASYLab 11.0 FULL. If you want to update this PC, I recommend DASYLab 13 because it was the last version to work with XP. 

A DASYLab 2022 serial number can be used to install DASYLab 13 (or 2016 and 2020), but not vice versa. DASYLab 2022 is incompatible with Windows XP or 7. Older versions are archived here. 

Your older worksheets are forward compatible, but once saved in the new version cannot be used with older software.

I have attempted to run the configurator and installer for DASYLab versions 13, 2016, and 2020 and each installs cleanly onto my machine but does not accept my serial number as valid for those versions of DASYLab. Is this an error?
