Can the USB-3102, USB-3104, or USB-3106 source 0-20 mA current output?

No, the USB-3102/3104/3106 Series of analog output DAQ devices cannot source current.  These devices do not provide the power for a user's circuit/load.  An external power supply must be wired to a sinking input channel as part of the user's circuit.

A typical application uses a 24 V loop supply. The loop can use either a grounded load where the external supply floats, or a grounded supply where the load floats. See attached below.
