JS123
Hi, I've bought an Eclypse Z7 and I've been working on it for some time now. Yesterday I plugged a micro-USB into the micro-AB-USB (OTG port), and the board's LEDs imediately dimed-off, and the board doesn't boot anymore in any boot configuration mode. It seems to be dead. The USB cable I plugged to the board was not connected to anything else; The board was in JTAG boot mode and operating normally. Since I'm working remotely, is there any test that I could do to diagnose it without lab equipment? Which diagnostic procedure should I follow otherwise? Kind regards,
artvvb
Hey JS123, I've reached out internally about your question and will let you know when I hear back. Thanks, Arthur
artvvb
Hey @JS123 Some form of additional equipment would be required to diagnose the problem. If you'd like to pursue troubleshooting further, could you let us know if you have access to a DMM and/or an oscilloscope? Thanks, Arthur
