Analog Discovery Pro 5470 device not detected

Good morning,

    I recently acquired a Pro 5470 and have installed the latest waveforms software (digilent.waveforms_v3.23.4_64bit) on a windows 11 machine. However, after starting waveforms, it does not detect the device. I have also tried installing waveforms 64 bit version (3.23.4 amd64.deb) in ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS along with Adept runtime (2.27.9 amd64.deb) but have obtain same result not being able to detect the device. Please if anyone can help me install this device correctly. Thank you!

Hi @perseverancia

ADP 5000 series is only supported on Windows OS 32 and 64 intel/amd architectures.
I suppose the device supplied, powered on (LED is lit) and USB connected to computer.
Do you see it detected in Windows Device Manager ?

    Thanks for replying back. No wonder I could not see the demos for ADP 5000 series in Ubuntu. I have just repaired the VSC 2012 distribution with update 4 and I'm now able to detect the device in waveforms.
