Question

We are running DASYLab 13. We recently switched to a new computer and when we tried to load our file we got the attached "This module is unknown." for our module that reads in the values from the DAQ. When we switched back to our old computer we are still having the same issue. The computer recognizes the device, but it seems like DASYLab is not. What do I need to do? The person who set this up for us no longer works at the company.

Hello @Hannah.

Which hardware device are you using to acquire the signal?

If using a MCC device, close DASYLab and launch MCC's InstaCal utility after connecting the device to the system.  If the device is detected, then verify the configuration settings and close InstaCal.  Afterward, launch DASYLab and load your worksheet.

Reply with screen captures of InstaCal and DASYLab if the issue continues.

Regards,

Fausto

Thanks! I was able to figure it out. The MCC-DRV folder was missing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the measurement computing feature and it fixed the issue.
