multism download

I cannot figure out how to download Multism to my computer. I have purchased multism standard account, received my digital receipt but no serial number. When downloading, it says I need my serial number for installation. Where do I find that? I also found other links for downloading multism but they are for group licenses, and that is not what I need. Please help.
