MCC TC-32 got splashed

MichaelBialocur

Question

Our MCC TC-32 got splashed as a cleaning crew was cleaning the building's windows. Due to a leak, our data acquisition system got splashed. The channels in front are what got splashed mainly.
What should we do?
We immediately dried what we could with a towel. Should we wait a certain amount of time before turning the TC-32 back on?

Thank you

Michael

Hello @MichaelBialocur.

Yes, the TC-32 will need to dry out before reconnecting the power supply and using it.

Since we do not know the extent of moisture introduced into the system, you may need to remove the case while it dries before you visually determine it's no longer wet.  Use compressed air to remove any debris.

Fausto
