Webdaq 904 data log problem

I have a Webdaq 904 and trying to use it on a an Interface brand load cell.

I use the full bridge channel type but cannot find where to input the load cell mv/v calibrated number ?? 

scaling also is not working properly. I tried to calibrate using a 2kg weight but numbers do not match.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

What is the calibration value of the load cell from the manufacturer's certificate?

The value should be entered in the Custom Scaling's Multiplier field.

What values did you enter on the Channels and Calibration tabs?
