Advice or Direction on Choosing Product w/Desired Specifications

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently in need of a product that can meet specific requirements for data collection in our laser application. We have tried to use an altera de10-lite board and one the analog discovery 2 board for feasibility but ran into rate issues for scaling. If you could point us in the correct location or give something that meets our specs, that would be much appreciated. 

Requirements:

Sampling Rate: min. 500 kHz and above, preferably scalable to the rate of the laser, for both trigger condition sampling and data collection sampling. We desire the ability to measure a single pulse. 
Triggered Data Collection: Ability to trigger data collection based on external signals, a femtolaser pulse (10^-9 s)
On-Board Storage: The board would need to have a large enough storage to be able to store data collected on board i.e. greater than 128 MB preferably unless there's fast enough communication with a pc to dump the data
(not necessarily high speed but preferred)High Speed Communication: Communication between the board to some pc should be fast enough to dump on board storage between processes.
Compatibility: Ideally compatible with barrel IO connectors, willing to work around if not possible

Purpose: We are looking for a solution that allows us to accurately capture data at high speeds, synchronized with external triggers, for our ongoing projects. 

Could you please provide information on products that meet these criteria? Additionally, any technical specifications, compatibility details, and pricing information would be greatly appreciated.
