USB-DIO96H/50 driver for Win2000

I know it's 2024, but I am trying to locate a floppy disk or CD that has the driver package for this model of DIO module. We have a one-off piece of test equipment that is on the fritz and I think I've found the issue but I have no way to re-install the driver as I cannot put the PC on the network due to security protocols, and the external hard drive I have is too new to be recognized by the PC. If anybody happens to have one laying around they don't need I'll be happy to take it off your hands.
