USB-TC errors in worksheet

I am looking for some tech support on a Dasylab worksheet that was working fine but now is not. I have two USB-TC devices using all 16 channels for Type-K thermocouples. i can run instacal and see both boards with no issues. but when i start the worksheet, i get several error displays that come up. The Dasylab run time version is installed on a PC and this is the only thing this PC does. it's in a portable case along with the USB-TC modules and the system has just one function of logging thermocouple temperatures. i use the same worksheet on other systems with different USB-TC modules and they all work fine. This particular one was working well for several months before these errors came up. I tried copying the worksheet file from another to this system and replaced the original worksheet file. I uninstalled the MCC DRV package in the configurator and then reinstalled it. Instacal has been run several times. i replaced the two USB-TC modules in the worksheet with generators and then replaced the generator with the USB-TC modules. Nothing gets the worksheet running without the error messages. I'm out of ideas. do you have any? thanks

Do you know what changed from the point everything was functioning correctly, i.e. Windows OS update/upgrade, new PC, different USB-TC, changes to thermocouples?

If the USB-TC devices were swapped during a system restart, then the Current Device List in the Worksheet Status window would not be empty; it shouldn't even appear.  For my screen capture below, I created a simple worksheet with a USB-1808X, closed DASYLab, swapped the USB-1808X for a USB-1608GX-2AO, and then reopened the worksheet in DASYLab.  However, DASYLab still forces me to replace the Analog Input module on the worksheet with a new Analog Input module configured for the USB-1608GX-2AO.  You may need to do the same. 

 

I tested with two USB-1208HS-4AO modules and the Worksheet Status window did not appear after swapping out the USB-1208HS-4AO modules.

Do you have a known good backup copy of the original worksheet?

Can you swap out both USB-TC devices and both USB cables for some known good ones and then retest your worksheet in DASYLab?

Another option is to create a simple worksheet for one USB-TC device and then swap it out.  Does DASYLab continue to report an issue?

Lastly, close DASYLab and rename the dasylab.ini file to dasylab.bak in the 'C:\Users\Public\Documents\DASYLab\{version}\eng' folder.  Afterward, launch DASYLab to retest your worksheet with the USB-TC devices.  DASYLab creates a new dasylab.ini file.

Nothing had changed. at least nothing that i know of. It worked one day and then got put on a shelf for a week. then it gave the errors the next time it was used. The USB-TC modules and the computer are built into a pelican case. none of them were changed or swapped out. they are beneath a face plate in the case so you cant even see them unless you take out about 20 screws. we'll try the .ini file change and also try making a new worksheet using the modules. thanks
