Need some information on Multisim

Hello:

My name is Sue Geer and I am with the Community College of Baltimore County. I am writing in reference to invoice number DA61839B-0002, where we have purchased licenses for subscription service for Multisim Live. 

So I have a couple of questions related to this application: 

1) Is there a download we need to install the software?

2)Is there a serial number or license code we need to use the software?

There is no download required to use Multisim Live, but a serial number is required.  

If you purchase a serial number, visit your account page for updated order information and serial number(s). 

Go to https://www.multisim.com/ to sign up and log in to use the application.
