Enerchron Software: Measurement Master not talking to NHR's, but able to ping NHR's IPs using command prompt

Intermittent issues with Enerchron Measurement Master application not seeing the NHR's, MOXA, or Labjack devices on startup or when restarting Measurement Master. Oddly enough, we are able to successfully ping the IP addresses that the devices are associated with. Sometimes we are able to get everything talking again... then if the computer restarts we are back to this condition.

Are you using any Digilent, MCC, IOTech, or DT DAQ devices? Either way, you may need to reach out to NI support via their forum, or email if you have a support contract.
