I am an educator working to create a lab exercise around temperature measurements. I had previously purchased a K-type thermocouple from Adafruit (Product # 270, link - https://www.adafruit.com/product/270#description). It worked very well, but when I went to purchase more to fill out each experimental kit it is unfortunately out of stock. I am now looking for other suppliers of similar thermocouples and came across Digilent 240-080. From my novice point of view it seems to be a comparable product, but I wanted to check to make sure the two thermocouples will have similar technical behavior.

Thanks so much!
