usb1608 error 10062 in LabVIEW

Question

I have a test system that uses 2 MCC usb1608FS and 2 usb08 for the last 4 years.  This weekend, the hard drive refused to boot, so we add a new drive and installed LabVIEW and MCC Universal Library.  The one usb1608FS handles analog requests with no problem.  The 2nd usb1608FS-Plus gives us a 10062 error from "ULx Create Channel (Ai-Voltage-Basic).vi":

"Measurements: Selected physical channel does not support the input type required by the virtual channel you are creating.  Create a channel of an input type that is supported by the physical channel, or select a physical channel that supports the input type.

Channel Name: Ai0
You Have Requested: Voltage
You Can Select: Current"

We've used MCC 1608s for over 20-years and this is the 1st time we've seen this error.  Testing this DAQ with InstaCal shows no problems. It has been working great until this weekend.  How do we fix this?

Thank you,

Ron
