Hello @Miguel_Has_Questions.

Which version of InstaCal are you using?

Please follow the instructions for Installing the Hardware on page 8 of the USB-1608HS-2AO user's guide.  If you do not have any LED activity after connecting the +5V power supply and USB cable, then your device may need to be repaired.  Please send me a private message with the serial number on the backside label of the device.
