DasyLab 2016 - Switches

Hello,

I bought a DasyLab2016 license in 2017. I have an application that relies on using two switches but I believe there is an issue with the license as I can no longer use the Switches I need.

Below is a image showing that the Module Modules\Control\Switch is greyed out (not available).

The program no longer runs due to it including instances of a "Unknown Module Class".

How can I ensure my license is configured correctly to be able to access the features I have paid for?

Hello @anakin.

Which version of DASYLab is shown in your screen capture?

From the top menu in DASYLab, go to Help - About and click on the Options tab.  Which version are you using, i.e. Lite, Basic, Full, Pro?

 

The Switch module is not available with the Lite version.
