I have 7 boards based Spartan 6 FPGA and I am using SPI flash MT25QL256ABA1EW7-0SIT.
I plan to program the SPI flash via JTAG chain configuration.
The function is implemented using a USB to JTAG module from digilent (JTAG-SMT2-NC). I want a functionality that I can select the FPGA during JTAG scan & then program the flash.
Will this architecture work?
Requesting to please help whether is it possible to program the SPI flash like this or what different approach can be taken
