DAQami crashing when opening

Hi, I have been trying to get the DAQAMI software working for my company, every time I try and open the application the loading screen opens and after a few seconds the program crashes without any warnings. I have re-booted and re-installed multiple times on multiple laptops (all running on windows 11) I have also asked the companies IT support team who have said they have no idea why it might be crashing. Is there any way you can help? thanks

The fix is easy: update InstaCal to the current version.  https://files.digilent.com/downloads/InstaCal/icalsetup.exe.

You don't need to uninstall the existing copy because the installer will update what you have.
