Installation of the waveform software fir the second time

Behnam200

Question

Dear Engineers,

I hope you are doing well.

Would you please let me know how can it install Waveform software twice?

It already downloaded and installed the software on my old PC, but it is now broken, and I bought a new one, but when I want to install the software it says, you have already reached the limited of registering your device and it does not allow me to going to the next step for download, so would you please let me know what is the solution in this case?

My device part number:

Hi @Behnam200,

You shouldn't need to register your Analog Discovery 3 again to get WaveForms, as the AD3 is already associated with your account. That first link @Fausto provided (this one: https://cloud.digilent.com/myproducts/waveform?pc=1&tab=2) should take you to the correct spot in Digilent Cloud to let you download the latest release version of WaveForms.

If that link doesn't work and it is for some reason making you try to re-register your Analog Discovery 3 again with Digilent, please let me know. Then you can otherwise get the latest beta version directly from here:

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
JColvin

Hello JColvin,

Thank you very much.

I could installed the software. Now I noticed the software can not recognize it:

Device manager:

When I installed the software, the device was connected to my PC, but apparently something is wrong.
