rakeshaashay
Please suggest a system which will record noise free data of 16 analog inputs @ 5000Hz. pers channel. Inputs are mV, so please suggest 16 bit or 24bit. Apart from this we want to count around 1,00,000 pulses of a Servomotor to measure the displacement which are corresponds to Pulse.
0 Fausto
Hello @rakeshaashay. The MCC DT9857E-16-xAO meets those application requirements. Regards, Fausto
0 rakeshaashay
But DT9857 doesn't have counter inputs. We need 6 nos. of pulse counter inputs along with 16 diff. Analog inputs. so please sugges suitable system.
0 Fausto
Hello @rakeshaashay. The MCC DT9857E-16-xAO does have a counter input, but if the application requires six counter inputs, then a second device dedicated for the counter inputs would be required; i.e. USB-CTR08. 0 rakeshaashay
which software can be used to log combine data of both systems?
0 Fausto
The software can be DASYLab or a custom program using both Data Translation and MCC libraries.
0 rakeshaashay
DT9857E is costly option. Is there any other cost effective option. We need 6 nos. of pulse counter inputs along with 16 diff. Analog inputs @ 5KHz per channels. Also ler us know which version of DASYLAB supports to combine system? Does DASYLAB supports to DT as well as MCC? 0 Fausto
We do not have a one device solution. Device options for the application: > One MCC DT9857E-16-xAO and one USB-CTR08 > Two USB-1608GX and one USB-CTR08 > Two USB-1808X and one USB-CTR08 DASYLab supports both DT and MCC devices. The latest version should be used for new applications.
0 rakeshaashay
Can you suggest us like - 2 nos. of USB2533 (This will give us 16 nos. of AI and 8 Counter inputs Just let me know Which system is less noisy USB1808 or USB2533? 0 Fausto
If the input signals are in the mV range, use two USB-2533 boards and set the analog input range to one of the lower ranges: +/-0.5 V, +/-0.2 V or +/-0.1 V.
