I am trying to bring up a new Nexys Video board. I have downloaded and installed all device drivers and moved the jumper JP4 to JTAG before powering on the board. Vivado Hardware manager does not find the FPGA. I have attached the device manager and Vivado hardware_manager snapshots for reference.
