Personal Daq/55 reinstallation failure PC does not recognise IOTech module

DSTECH Consulting

Question

I have been called in to assist with a line test process position failure. System uses a Personal Daq55 running on a PC with Windows XP. The PC died, installed a new(read old) PC, transferred all the HDD files to new system. Most everything works DASYLab and PDaq  application all function but when we plug in the DAQ55 it does not recognize the module on the USB and the PC/OS asks for the appropriate driver. PC will recognize other USB devices. No suitable drivers found within the transferred files using driver search. Tried a wall wart on the iotech module, no difference. Can find nothing on the web and no original  installation CD available. Need to get the line back up. Assistance please what are we missing.
