WBaillie
When using inscal32.exe analog test function and setting output votages between -10 and+10 volts, the VOUT1 outputs -12.3 to +6.7 volts. Other outputs function normally. Please advise.
0 WBaillie
I apologize for being impatient. I would like to get this resolved. I do not see a scenario where you advise me to pop open the case and replace components on the circuit board. I believe I will have to send this unit in for repair. Can you provide me with the RMA information to do that? Is anyone actively monitoring this forum?
