0 DAQman Posted June 17, 2024 Posted June 17, 2024 Do you have a DT8874 or DT9874, and what version of MeasurePoint are you running? Also, what is the approximate age of the hardware, and have you tried using another computer?
0 joseariasc Posted July 2, 2024 Author Posted July 2, 2024 I am sorry for late. I am using DT8874, with QuickDAQ Version 3.7.0.48 Standard Edition I was installed on 2020 aproximately, and I am using another PC, we only power down and up device and it works. Thanks.
0 DAQman Posted July 2, 2024 Posted July 2, 2024 There is a special version of QuickDAQ for your device. Please uninstall QuickDAQ 3.7.0.48 and install the following version: https://files.digilent.com/#downloads/DTSoftware/MEASURpoint/Current_Release/64-bit/
