I am thinking of purchasing an MCC USB-1604HS-2AO: High-Speed, Simultaneous USB DAQ Device to work with “DataView” software written by William Heitler at Univ of St. Andrews. DataView uses the OpenLayers C++ API to control DT9812 and DT9818 boards for DAC/ADC, and it works very well.
Can anyone confirm whether the new MCC USB-1604HS-2AO board also uses the OpenLayers API (i.e. is compatible with the oldaapi32.dll and olmem32.dll libraries) that DataView uses to access the DT9812 and DT9818?
