I am writing to you regarding a premium serial code that our schools bought to accommodate 1000 students accounts:

QTY: 4
Part #" 1000 780388-3502

Serial: xxxxxxxxxxx

Until now we used around 500 accounts only and didn’t reach the 1000 accounts.
When we are adding more accounts when the below message that we reached the max.

Could you please help to solve this matter? our students need this account to do their work.

2. Which university/school/organization are you associated with?

1. Where/who did you purchase the 1,000 licenses through?  The organization bought from NI through "Al Masaood Energy" which is a third party located in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Which university/school/organization are you associated with? Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (ADVETI)

3. Could you email me the activation/serial code your students are using at britt.espinosa@ni.com?

Updating this thread that since the seats were purchased through NI (rather than Digilent directly), some additional communication has been done (not on this thread) to help resolve and clarify the seat activation issue.

I also removed the serial number from the post to avoid any unwanted activations.
