USB-231 Measure some crazy value

Question

Hi I am using USB-231. I bought this about 30 days ago.

It was working fine, but since today, It is going crazy.

First, although I apply a 5V DC into the AI0, other AI1 to AI3 measures a similar value. (Single ended 8ch) I did this test from the instacal.

Second, it gives wired sinusoidal noise from AI channels without any connection.

Third, It does not read the analog signal from my pressure transducer.

The weirdest thing is that It was properly working until yesterday, and I did nothing wrong, I guess.

I attached two video. Although I measured them from the DAQami and It does the same thing.

Would you let me know how to fix it? I reported this issue to Digikey and I requested return.(I bought this DAQ from Digikey)

But if I can fix this problem, I would just like to use this DAQ, not return it.

Please disconnect your signal and power cycle the USB-231 by inserting it back into the USB port. Use DAQami to test it. Connect a wire from the Analog Output (AOUT0) to the Analog Input (CH0H).  In DAQami, enable both AOUT0 and CH0H and ensure that the CH0H is set to single-ended. Drag CH0H onto a strip chart and AOUT0 onto an Output display. Start DAQami running and watch the input while moving the analog output slider. Do you see a change in the input? 

The following is what I get when I remove the screw terminal block so that nothing is connected to the inputs.

I attached two pictures. I removed every jumpers and connected on jumper from the AO0 to AI1. I configured it as single ended 8ch. And here is the result.

It appears the USB-231 is working. I can see that AI0 is sitting at 5 volts. The other channels will show ghost readings because they are not connected to anything. They are the result of a tiny charge that is passed between channels. The charge disappears when the channel is connected to a low-impedance signal source.

Hi JRys Thank you for your advice

 

I thought it was broken because the labview did not read the signal properly.

And now I think the instacal does not correctly save the configuration. Although I changed the configuration to single-ended, It appears to be Differential once I turn off the instacal and one again. Do you have an idea how I can fix this issue?

I fixed the problem, for now. 

I used two pressure transducers and one flow sensor, and I drove those sensors using analog output.

It was working fine until last Thur, but It starts to give me some crazy value from Labview last Friday.

I disconnected the flow sensor and The pressure sensors are working fine, now. Likewise, I should disconnect the pressure transducers if I want to use the flow sensor.

But I still don't know why it started to go weird. Do you have any Idea?

I need to use those three sensors simultaneously someday. So I would like to ask for some advice.
