Analog discovery 2 trouble shooting

Hello, There is a problem at my Analog discovery 2, it is not power up and the pc doesn't recognize the device. It is not showing at the device manager and the device's led doesn't blink. I tried to power up with external power jack too but it didn't help either. I am suspecting with the ground loop. Could you help me please, which parts could be damaged ? May I able to replace them and fixed the device what do you think ?

I measured these values. There are no 3.3V or 1.8V, both of them gives 0.434V. Could FTDI chip be damaged ?

Are the ferrite beads ok ? Is the device getting 5V ?
If the USB controller rails are not good this is probably damaged. Other ICs could have been damaged as well.

I attached the cable to IC20 but nothing changed, also I measured the FB16 and FB6 there are no voltages. What might be the problem what do you think ? Could you help me please.

Hi @Hamza Oncuer

First you should make sure the device gets 5V, then the USB controller is working, then the digital part of the device, then the analog part.

The bottom under the USB connector:

it gets the power there is no problem there, I measured the voltages that supposed to be 3.3v and 1.8v but they give 0.4V so I think device gets the power.
