I was using Waveforms 3.19.15. After installing 3.19.22 my Digital Discovery was no longer recognized. Uninstalled and re-installed 3.19.15 and everything was fine again. Tried installing 3.19.16, same problem. No recognition of Digital Discovery. Back to 3.19.15 and everything fine again.
Starting with 3.19.16 some changed Microsoft software seems to be installed but from 3.19.16 upward I am having this issue.
I always install to a custom directory which forces me to uninstall the current version before installing a new version.
