Pmod BT2 shown unknown letters

Hello. I use Pmod BT2 to connect to ZYNQ 7020 and communicate with Windows 10 terminal. However, the receiver can detect the sending of letters, but it always displays unknown characters in the terminal. I was wondering if the charset is correct. Now, I am using UTF-8 for TeraTerm. Could anyone give me some hint? Thank you.

Hi @xilinx_pmod123

Check the position of JP4 (relevant reference manual section). Could be either the stored 115200 baud configuration has been changed, or it's in the 9600 baud fallback mode.
