DAQami not finding USB-2404-UI device

I’ve recently purchased a OM-USB-2404-UI daq and installed Daqami and Instacal.  Instal easily finds the device and I am able to get test signals from it.  However Daqami does not find it.  I am stuck and can’t find any way to move forward.  Can someone please help and let me know what I am doing wrong?

Hello @bumblebutt.

DAQami does not support the USB-2404 Series.  Here is the supported MCC hardware list for DAQami.
