NEXYS 4 board - FTDI not programmed?

I have a Nexys4 T100 board where I cant connect to through the USB JTAG. I suspect that the FTDI chip is not programmed anymore. Anyway to determine this? Anyway to update the FTDI EEPROM if it is corrupted?

If you're on Windows, please check this thread to confirm whether your device is getting detected by the operating system at all. This will tell us whether there's an issue with the device, or an issue with the device drivers on the host.

I am on Windows 10 and have tried it on a windows 7 machine too. No detection at all.
