Hi @kamalem2000, welcome to the forums!

These warnings shouldn't affect using the Nexys A7 in a project in any way. They are related to board files for several Xilinx-produced dev boards. I suspect what happened is that you did not install Virtex or Zynq Ultrascale parts during installation of Vivado, and either these board files came installed by default, or you later installed them. The warnings are saying that you can't use those particular boards, since the models for the FPGA parts loaded on them aren't installed.
