One of the great things about the Digilent Zmod converter pods are the excellent supporting information provided in the reference manuals. This topic is discussed for the original DACA1411. You should get the datasheets for all of the components when using these boards. SFDR for the converters can be found in the respective datasheet for a particular converter device. DAC specs are not enough of course when post-converter conditioning is present. The reference manual is a good read for everyone crossing the analog/digital divide and provides sufficient information for most applications. The documentation that Digilent provides for its converter products is a refreshing high bar for the market that they serve.

Understanding converter specifications, and how device vendors abuse and confuse product performance is whole field of study.... Edited by zygot
