Digilent USB Device 'could not find drivers' Vivado / Basys3 / Parallels / Windows 10

Question

I am using Parallels to run Windows 10 on an M1 Macbook Pro

I am trying to connect my Basys3 board to Vivado using a micro-usb cable into the JTAG/UART port. It will not show up in the Vivado hardware manager to connect and program the board. When I look in the Windows 10 Device Manager this is what I see:1753784441_ScreenShot2022-04-17at2_37_04PM.thumb.png.c899781b00eb8be9469d692aedbe9f72.png

So my computer seems to recognize that the Digilent USB Device is present, but it wont connect because there is no driver present. (I am assuming this is the reason the Basys3 board wont show up in Vivado).

I have followed many different instructions online to try to download the Digilent usb drivers but my computer still cant seem to find any drivers.

Would love any help to see what I am doing wrong.

Thanks
