TheStumbler
I'm working with some low-level GPIB stuff, and it's about time to connect it up to the logic analyzer. But this got me thinking, is there any way to implement GPIB in the Protocol section of AD2?
0 attila
Hi @TheStumbler There is no GPIB interpreter available. You could create a custom protocol decoder or use Bus and signals.

For the same reason there isn’t already a GPIB converter (it’s not very popular / useful these days), I’m not sure I want to spend the time making one. But I’ll have a look at least to see how difficult it would be. Thanks.
0 PropHead
I realize it's an old thread, but maybe this'll help anyone visiting from the future. Attached is a decoder and value2text script for the logic analyzer. Shown is a Keithley6514 electrometer responding to a prior read request, followed by a microcontroller sending another request.
