I am using spartan 6 atlys digilent board with details: xc6slx45-3csg324 spartan 6. I am designing a closed loop control system for which I need to send the analog data inside the spartan 6 board. for this A/D conversion I am using digilent made PMODAD1. But I am unable to know how to establish SPI communication betwen PMODAD1 and Sparatan 6. I am research scholar in IIT bombay. May I get interfacing files please. Thanks in advance

I apologize that your post didn't get addressed earlier. For SPI communication you would need to create a chip select, two buffers to hold the incoming data from the PmodAD1 and create a clock signal. One of our users, hamster, has given an example of how you might get SPI going with an analog to digital converter on this post here:
