Digilent-SMT1 recovery

I over wrote the Digilent-SMT1 device on a Xilinx VC707 board, and can not use the JTAG chain. What can I do to get it back to it's original settings?

Hello,

You can reprogram the memory of your device.

In the link below you will find the application to reprogram the memory of your device. Please follow the given instructions:

- make sure to have only the SMT1 connected to the computer. No other FTDI-USB device, like: USB-UART converter and close other applications, like: WaveForms, Xilinx iMPACT, Matlab....
-start FTDIConfig
-press "Find Devices"
-Pres "Get Info"
-select present: "JTAG-SMT1'
-press "Program"
-press Cycle
-close FTDICOnfig
-start Adept and see if the cable is recognized.

Sorry to bump a 6 year old post, but we have had a customer who has done the exact same thing.  For some reason they decided to reprogram it.

Could we please have access to the files to reprogram the device so we can see the xilinx chain again.
