I have a sync pulse that is generated periodically from a MCU. I connected it to the external input trigger T1. I use this trigger to fire the logic waveform capture for a few channels. But I also wanted to use the pattern generator to generate a waveform periodically based on this trigger. In particular, I wanted to generate a 1us pulse 60us after the external trigger is detected.
I have tried a number of different setups for that, but I can never get the logic analyzer and pattern generator to synchronize. They are always out of sync. The logic analyzer is perfectly synchronized to the extern MCU pulse. But it seems the pattern generator can be triggered only once by the external trigger and after that, it either stops or runs continuously on its own.
Is there a way to set the Analog Discovery to perform that mesurement?
