Nexys 4 Ibis Model

After I implement the Nexys 4 demo project in Vivado and I do File -> Export -> Export IBIS Model and look in the IBIS model file I see the following lines:

[Pin]    signal_name                            model_name                        R_pin  L_pin  C_pin

K17      D00_D00_MOSI_MOSI            LVCMOS25_F_12_HR

P8       CFGBVS_0                             LVCMOS25_F_12_HR

 

even though CFGBVS is connected to VCC3V3 in the schematic and the SPI flash is powered by VCC3V3.

Is there any way to get the tool to use a LVCMOS33 model for pins K17 and P8?

Hello,

 

Unfortunately this is a Vivado issue. To solve this, you should check "Include all models" in Export IBIS Model window, and in IBIS model you should modify LVCMOS25_F_12_HR with LVCMOS33_F_12_HR at K17 and P8.
