Are you able to remote into our computer and help us? We are running into a problem when trying your steps.

Using Omega OMB-DAQ-56 USB Data Acquisition System. Programming this dasylab software is over my head. Is there an easier software on the market for collecting temperature data from Thermocouples?

We have used Dasylab 13.0 in the past. But we do not have a license. We have downloaded a trial DasyLab 17.0. Our old Dasylab was programmed many years ago and no one is still with the company that has programmed Dasylab. We want to take temperature readings of water in food chafers. This is how we test our Chafer fuels. This will tell us how hot the fuel will make the water and how fast the temperature gets to 140 degree Fahrenheit.
