Thank you for the reply. Yes, I am attempting to run this on an ARM based processor. The Intel processor requirement was not self evident on the product page. I will contact your customer service team and start the return process.

Arthur, I already had Instacal 6.74 installed, and my system still does not recognize the driver for the USB-1608G. I pointed Device Manager>USB-1608G>Update Driver to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Measurement Computing\DAQ" and the "C:\Program Files\Measurement Computing\DAQami" folders and it was unable to locate a suitable driver for this module.

I just received a USB-1608G DAQ and Windows is not recognizing it. It is showing up in Device Manager with a ! on the icon. I have installed DAQami 4.2.1f0, and the About DAQami dialog box shows that the Drivers: Universal Library Version 6.74 are installed. I am running Windows 11 Pro on a 64-bit ARM based processor. Where can I find the correct driver to get this running? Thanks
