My brand new AD2 refuses to communicte with WaveForms. Using windows 11 on a thinkpad. I have tried the usual troubleshooting steps. Swapping out the original USB cable for another USB cable (known to have power and data). I have also installed the ferrite thing around one of the USB cable. I have used multiple USB ports on my computer, I tried downloading Waveforms on a different computer and connecting. I have also tryed different versions of the software, the latest (3.23.4), and one older that i knew worked for me in the past (3.19.5) (with an other discover 2 at school ).So far no luck with any of these approaches. The device Always shows up in the Waveforms device manager. But when i try to connect to it the error PLL "Opening device failed" is displayed. Is there anything else that I should be trying to communicate with the AD2? I am running out of ideas Thanks!
