  1. Good morning @Fausto, drivers installed are already the last ones. Trying with older ones could be a good idea? Anyway, after writing to the Vecow support, we'll ask the final customer to try to change some BIOS settings in order to see what happens.
  2. There are no other PCI boards installed here. Looking at the PC manual, in BIOS chapter, we see that the only section with IRQ modify possibilitiy is related to the 4 Serial Ports. Anyway, if the properties of the 2 PCI boards say "no conflicts", then I understand that no other devices have the same IRQ. Right? Don't you think it may be a driver issue, so?
  3. I checked the 2 devices properties and assigned IRQs seems not in conflict. Does it matter or not, according to what you wrote?
  4. Hello Fausto. Thanks for fast reply. The PC is at customer location in a working line. Trying one board at a time is not possible because they must work together in standard measuring conditions (A/D+Encoder). Testing would not be feasible. The suspected board is the A/D (PCIM-DAS16JR/16) anyway. IRQ assignments should be done by the final customer, under our guide, someway. Do you have an idea of how to find the right IRQ to be assigned?
  5. Good afternoon. Recently we had to replace an old computer with our measuring software and 2 MCC PCI boards (PCIM-DAS16JR/16 and PCI-QUAD04) installed. Boards were working OK, just the PC needed to be replaced, so we moved the 2 PCI boards on a new PC. We installed and configured the last drivers using Instacal 6.74 package. At first sight everything seems ok. Measurements can be performed apparently with no problems. But after some time (and some measurements done) the system gives the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) saying "Stop code: driver irql not less or equal; What failed: mcpci.sys". This happens several times a day and, when it happens, it is always a few seconds after the start of data acquisition with the measuring software. Hardware: Vecow RCX-1422 with 2 PCI slots. OS: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (Version 1809, Build 17763.6189). Please can anyone suggest how to solve this issue?
